Tygart is currently identifying candidates for a Video Teleconference Subject Matter Expert (SME) position, to support cabling design and engineering initiatives for a DOJ customer. This position requires that the candidate have a current Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Capturing the requirements for VTC systems and producing the associated room layout and engineering drawings in CAD.
• Provide designs for new VTC requirements. Each of these designs are to include engineering CAD drawings, room specific layouts including environmental details, and unique equipment lists.
• Review design concepts from the Customer’s VTC program for accuracy.
• Provide an independent assessment of how the Customer’s VTC design process is being implemented and recommend improvements based on industry standards.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Must possess an active Top-Secret security clearance
• A minimum of seven (7) years of documented design experience with VTC systems
• A minimum of five (5) years of documented CAD experience and be CAD certified
• Experience in Microsoft Office products
• Proficient in tracking and reporting project costs and schedules
• Must be able to work well under pressure, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and have excellent organizational skills
