We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our team in Quantico, VA supporting a DOJ client. The successful candidate will be responsible for moving data between environments, integrating systems, and ensuring data is properly linked, structured, and accessible to support mission-critical operations. This role requires onsite support and an active Top Secret clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement data pipelines to move data between disparate environments
• Architect and support data integration solutions that link systems and datasets
• Ensure data integrity, availability, and performance across environments
• Work closely with technical teams and government stakeholders to understand data requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across systems
• Support data modeling, transformation, and optimization efforts
• Maintain documentation for data flows, architectures, and processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related roles
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance (required to start)
• Experience moving and integrating data across multiple environments
• Strong understanding of data architectures, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
