Tygart is currently seeking a Sr. Video Streaming Engineer/Operator to support telecommunications initiatives for a DoJ customer. The ideal candidate will have practical experience engineering, maintaining, and operating video streaming solutions.   This position requires that the candidate have a current Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities include:  

• Engineer video streaming solutions
• Engineer and support digital signage solutions
• Provide Tier 4 troubleshooting support focused on all enterprise UC capabilities related to streaming and signage technologies.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience operating and maintaining video streaming solutions
• One (1) year of experience maintaining VBrick systems and technology components
• Experience scheduling and monitoring video streams to ensure quality transmission
• Working knowledge of Windows Server is required
• Knowledge of Cisco Vision and Linux is desired
• Must be able to well under pressure, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills.
