Tygart is currently seeking a Program Manager Subject Matter Expert to support a Department of Justice (DOJ) component. This is an onsite position in Clarksburg, WV and requires that the candidate have a current Top Secret security clearance.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Program Manager SME is at the direction of the government and shall provide guidance and coaching to other CJIS Division organizations on Agile Methodology.

• Shall consult with stakeholders throughout the organization on best practices, methods, risks, and solutions.

• Shall possess industry leading certifications in Agile Methods and Practices (examples include Scaled Agile Framework, Project Management Institute, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Must have a current Top Secret security clearance.

• Must have a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent related experience.

• A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework supporting and instructing licensed Scaled classes. Agile training

• Experience providing agile coaching for assigned teams to drive alignment to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) framework and work with teams to identify the best application of the framework for the team’s context.

• Identify and document guidance on executing Architecture activities within the SAFe Framework.

• Support other functions and activities as assigned.

• Required qualifications: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification is needed to support licensed training.

• Must have superior verbal and written communication skills.

• Must have excellent analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
